Come join the camaraderie of our group training runs. These runs will be led by running experts and athletic trainers, and provide an opportunity to connect with others running or walking at a similar pace. The distance of these runs will follow our beginner training schedule, and increase from week to week. Route directions will be provided at the start and fluid stations will be offered.
In order to accommodate our participants’ busy summer schedules, we are offering two options for weekly training runs:
Wednesdays, beginning July 10 - 6 a.m.
Saturdays, beginning July 13 - 6 a.m.

When Bad Weather Strikes
We always hope for clear skies, but we have a weather contingency in place just in case. Weather-related cancellations of our outdoor runs will be announced on Facebook and Twitter half an hour before the run is scheduled to start.
